I was asked by the team at Mattermost to improve their sales and rev-ops functions. Namely to make it so users could:
1. Easily trial professional or enterprise plans
2. Easily upgrade to professional or enterprise plans
3. Easily identify features that belong to paid plans

I handed in my findings and final Figma designs along with a presentation.

I began by breaking down their current flow at the time. I synthesized my findings into 3 key areas and did some competitive analysis. I then set out to work out some new features and designed some new UI based on their design system.

  1. Had to pivot mid design to include the diligent tracking of all inventory use (including cold packs).

  2. Designing for a small viewport size was a difficult endeavour with so many elements to display on a page.

  1. How to adapt to an existing brand pallet and create components from limited vision.

  2. Working closely with stakeholders and adapting to shifting needs.
