The way we were organizing our content wasn't working for US users. They were looking for content based on "fields of study" which at that time we didn't have a very intuitive discovery method for. The reason I chose to feature this project instead of larger endeavours was because this was the first time I had been tasked with taking the lead on a project from 0 - 100 solely on my own.
I set out to conduct user interviews after I was given the problem space in broad terms. After speaking with an array of US users and multiple stakeholders within the team I had synthesized my findings. I then created a variety of wireframes and iterated based on feedback from internal users and external ones. Once the design was at a good place we let engineering build it and then gathered feedback on usage patterns using Mixpanel. Essentially research, synthesize, design, launch, iterate, and repeat.
Had to pivot mid design to include the diligent tracking of all inventory use (including cold packs).
Designing for a small viewport size was a difficult endeavour with so many elements to display on a page.
How to adapt to an existing brand pallet and create components from limited vision.
Working closely with stakeholders and adapting to shifting needs.

I created a slide deck with the details. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
